Nudist, naturist or clothing-optional beaches are not difficult to find in Spain or Portugal, though some are better than others. In general, naturism has become accepted as a perfectly ordinary practice and it is not even unusual to see naked people on the more isolated parts of non-naturist beaches.
Mar Bella in the Barcelona waterfront, is a nudist beach. Only 20 minutes walk from the Casino of Barcelona further along the sea front is the Playa del Bogatell and Icaria beaches which are normal beaches.
